Cutting and crimping machine for polarity protection (J-Bend)
The machine has been developed to prevent incorrect assembly of radial polarized components. The machine can be fully adapted to the needs of the production.
The TRA4V processes the component in a station, and the following advantages are offered with incorporating our optional tools:
- Each component is individually referenced and touched, thus increasing the repeatability of the components and belt tolerances are eliminated.
- All functions are already included in the base unit, so there is no need to buy additional options.
- The setting values can all be read from the screen. Programs for the individual geometries can be stored in the controller and recalled when used again.
The technical data of the TRA4V-Cutters:
- Full process reliability, all axes are checked for their setting - start-up of the machine only possible at correct position.
- Hole pitch of tapes 12.7 and 15.0 mm
- Wire diameter 0.4 to 0.8mm
