Axial retrofit machine G2 – Fully automatic machine to bend and crimp axial components
The last years we noticed that the reduced amount of THT components on the market do often not always justify an investment of a new machine anymore. Therefore in 2006 we started the retrofitted machine program of the G-Cutter. Since we started this program, we have been very successful selling used refurbished machines. Existing, as well as new customers can buy a retrofitted updated G-Cutter, the G2 and NCG2S cutters. The G2-Cutter is a great economical savings and gives you all the benefits of today’s updates in a totally refurbished cutter.

Setup precision: The setup precision of the axis is 0.2mm. All axis values can be stored in the database of the SIEMENS panel.
4’800 Records: 100 different records in 48 individual databases can be stored in the panel.
Synchronization: With the simple steps the geometries can be programmed into the control by synchronizing the axis data’s. The additional information, such as tools used with the machine can be chosen from the internal entries in the database.
Process reliability: The correct position of all axes is mandatory to start the production. Is the value of the axis identical to the value of the program, the value is highlighted green, otherwise the values are red. The values are checked anytime also during production. Is a value changing during production, the machine stops.
Backup: The records on the panel can be stored on a USB stick for data safety purposes. If the panel should break down, the records and all necessary software will be save.
