Crimping Vertical und Cutting machine for radial components
The machine was developed to process the following special radial designs in a manner appropriate to the species. The machine can process a wide range of radial components. The TRA4CVC processes the component in two successive stations, which offers the following advantages:
- In both stations, the component bodies are pulled to the stops of the respective tools in order to compensate for the height differences of the parts in the belts.
- The component is referenced and shaped in the first station. In the 2nd station, the component is referenced again, but cut at the deformation and to the desired length.
- The 2 stations work individually and can be operated with the controller depending on the component type.
- Station 1 has individual forming heads; i.e. Left and right wire of the component are processed individually. This is crucial for varistors where one wire has to be deformed upwards and one downwards.
The technical data of the TRA4CVC-Cutters:
- Full process reliability, all axes are checked for their settings - the machine can only be started if all axes match the data record
- Hole spacing of the tapes 12.7 and 15.0 mm easily convertible
- Wire diameter 0.4 to 0.8mm
- Variable wire length of the connection pins
- Pitch 2.5 - 30.0mm variably adjustable
- 48 databases with 100 recipes each can be saved -> 4800 geometries
