The G3-Cutter is a fully automatic machine to cut, bend and crimp taped or loose axial components. This sturdy and reliable machine is a solid investment for all high precision processing that is 100% stress free. Polyver offers additional options that expand the technical capabilities offered by the basic G3-Cutter. Although the cutting, bending and crimping are fully automatic with this machine the set-up is still done manually.

Setup precision: The setup precision of the axis is 0.1mm. All axis values can be stored in the database of the SIEMENS panel.
150’000 Records: 500 different records in 100 individual databases can be stored in the panel.
Synchronization: With the simple steps the geometries can be programmed into the control by synchronizing the axis data’s. The additional information, such as tools used with the machine can be chosen from the internal entries in the database.
Process reliability: The correct position of all axes is mandatory to start the production. Is the value of the axis identical to the value of the program, the value is highlighted green, otherwise the values are red. The values are checked anytime also during production. Is a value changing during production, the machine stops.
Backup: The records on the panel can be stored on a USB stick for data safety purposes. If the panel should break down, the records and all necessary software will be save.
